• Absolutely no drugs or alcohol are allowed anywhere on the premises.
• We will NOT tattoo any design we deem racial, gang related or demeaning content.
• No tattooing of the front or sides of the neck or any area of the face or head.
• Under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must be present for a tattoo.
• Under the age of 16 a parent or guardian must be present for a piercing.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under any condition we see fit.
• No customer will be tattooed or pierced without signing the consent form.
• No refund or exchanges on Jewellery, Vinyl Decals, Lotions, or Tattoo aftercare.
• Any service requests for work done by another studio are subject to service fees.
• We accept only Cash, Debit, VISA or Master Card, no personal cheques.
• Debit purchases under $10 are subject to a 75¢ service charge.
• We require a deposit before booking an appointment.
• We will tentatively hold an appointment for only 48 hours if no deposit is given.
• Missing your appointment without 48 hours notice forfeits your deposit.
• A 2nd deposit will be required to re-book a missed appointment.
• Missing a touch-up appointment without 48 hours notice voids your warranty.
• Artwork with 2 revisions is included, additional revisions at $25 per hour.
• Deposits are not refundable if we have started any amount of artwork for you.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation & loss of deposit.
• Custom artwork will be completed 3 business days before your appointment.
• All custom artwork is our property.
• All prices do not include taxes.
• Gift certificates & Tanning minutes never expire.
• No in-store credit for anyone.
